Refund & Returns Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return or exchange if:

  • The product you received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • You contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.

  • The item is unused, in original condition, and includes all packaging and tags.

We do not accept returns for:

  • Products damaged due to customer misuse.

  • Items without original packaging or used products.

  • Clearance or sale items (unless damaged/defective on arrival).


2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Share your order number, product image, and reason for return.

  3. Our team will review your request and provide return instructions if eligible.


3. Refund Policy

Refunds are issued only when:

  • The returned product is received and inspected.

  • The product meets the return criteria stated above.

Refund Options:

  • Refunds are processed via bank transfer or store credit (as per your preference).

  • Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to be completed after approval.


4. Exchange Policy

If you received the wrong size, color, or a defective item, we’ll replace it at no extra cost. Exchanges are subject to product availability.


5. Shipping Charges

  • If the return is due to a fault on our part (wrong or damaged item), we will cover the return shipping costs.

  • In all other cases, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping.
